Some of the clients are the MTA, whom we won our first bid under Tier 1, the renovation of street stairs at the 34th Street station valued at $550,000, we renovated the stairs and managed a high traffic area in New York City and completed the project ahead of schedule. In Tier 2, K.O. Technologies bid and won a $2.7 million project at the Battery Parking Garage, providing interior painting services that involved paint removal, lead abatement and the reapplication of paint. Incorporating the firm’s previous success with high traffic areas, it completed this larger project successfully. With the NYC agencies, we’ve worked with Department of Design and Construction, renovated the New Amsterdam Library in Manhattan and various facilities in Queens during the Hurricane Sandy Build It Back Project, valued from $500k to $2 million. Completed various school projects with School Construction Authority up to $2 million and the NYS OGS and DASNY for projects valued at $1.7 million.
